Pros
-People here including management is incredibly friendly and supportive. -Company perks such as medical benefits (vision, dental, medical), 401k, stocks -Pretty laid back atmosphere, not too stressful (quality > quantity) -OT is plentiful -ESL/aerobics/yoga classes available
Cons
-Difficult to be promoted and advance in the company without having connections. In some of the cases I noticed that people move up not because of merit and hard work, but from knowing someone higher up on the corporate ladder. -Favoritism (Certain management members already know in advance who will apply for a certain position opening and who's a shoe-in) -Difficult communicating with some fellow coworkers and leads since English isn't their first language. -Hiring standards are really subpar, churn rate is noticeable.
