Pros
There are some great people here that truly make an impact. Pay is decent and benefits are ok, nothing spectacular but acceptable.
Cons
There are some seriously evil people here, and they managed to weasel themselves into senior leadership roles. There are some serious, undiagnosed personality disorders at play (referred to as Cluster B in psychology) and unless you know what to look out for, you'll fall into believing it's you that is wrong. Mentally healthy individuals don't behave this way, but since they have been put in charge by the founders, you won't stand a chance unless you are one of them. You need to document any problematic behavior but don't report it to HR or others that have any position of authority over people matters (or are friends of them), lest you will find yourself quickly let go. The business model is suspect at best, it's a one-time purchase for most customers but they try to force a licensing model that most customer don't want.
