Cons
The head of the organization is impossible to work with. His "style" of communication creates endless problems for those who try to work with him, including clients. I've seen him yell and berate them, too, until at least one of them was in tears. Nothing is simple, no question is answered directly, he changes his mind and contradicts himself until it is impossible to take the steps necessary to advance client interests. The files are a mess, he takes them home and forgets, there is no proper calendaring system for client deadlines, and he relies on his outdated memory for points of law and procedure that end up being incorrect. Even his written work reflects his disorganized thinking, with meandering, incoherent sentence fragments that fail to communicate anything.
