Pros
You meet some great people you want to be friends with for a life time. But that is because you bond with them because you guys are both being abused by the company.
Cons
1. Turnover is insane. So there is constant catch ups and you have to figure everything out yourself with absolutely no help. 2. There is tons of finger pointing. There's no point in that. Find solutions instead of finding a person to blame. 3. It's so shady here. There always seems to be something going on. The door to the CEO's office is constantly shut because she is screaming at people. My first week here, she started screaming at someone in front of me for no reason. 4. It is a hostile work environment. People are always pitted against each other. 5. You feel like you can get fired at any moment. Every time HR walks around, you feel like you are next to go. You can be a completely well rounded employee that works hard, and the next day - you're fired. 6. The CEO is absolutely neurotic. She has all these ideas of processes to put through and she spends half your day trying to put processes in place. They're always ridiculous and manual and will waste all your time. 7. HR is incompetent. If there are any issues within the company or with the wellbeing of the employees, they do not try to resolve or improve the situation.
