      - Intentional isolation, ignoring and excluding co-workers - Unequal treatment - Aggressive behavior - Personal and offensive jokes - Very poor work / life balance - Close minded upper management - Salaries at the lower end of the market - Remote work is generally not permitted, even for roles that could be performed remotely

      Pros

      Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

      Cons

      The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.
