Pros
PF offers pretty awesome benefits as an employer Pay was fair in my case, but not for everyone.
Cons
-Company plays off on this whole "we care for everyone and we are doing great financially so nobody should worry." But even those who had strong reviews were laid off with no warning and not so much as a "good luck out there." -The company changes their bonus structure every year, which always keeps you guessing if you will ever see any money and how much if so. - While they have other projects, they basically only care about their word projects.
