Pros

Remote work. Some supportive management. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Horrible training on systems Tremendous amount of time in meetings and reports and entering info into CRM. Team is completely remote and there is no support (depending on your manager). In experienced recruiting and service team. Lots of errors made in the recruiting and service and billing. Just let go of 160 employees.

Connecting people with work that paid daily.

Cons

Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
