Cons
After 6.5 years with PeopleReady, I never thought I’d say this, but it’s time to move on and I want to be transparent for others considering this company. PeopleReady is in crisis mode. Over 400 workers were let go in late 2024, entire service centers flopped, the Canada territory was sold off, and now the company is rumored to be under acquisition by another staffing agency who is bypassing Treublue and going directly to their shareholders. Internally, things have become more than chaotic HR, regional, and market leaders are under extreme pressure and passing it downward in a very aggressive way. Teams are being fired, management is being consolidated, and remaining employees are being driven into the ground. There is no light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how loyal or high-performing you are, you won’t matter in the end. It’s incredibly sad, truly believed this would be the company I’d retire with. But it has become a toxic, unstable environment, and I can no longer recommend it to anyone looking for a longg term future. ✔️ I gave it everything I had at one point, I’m proud of my work. But I’m done.
