Pros
You get a 20% discount on parts and services it can also be applied to snacks beverages and other vehicle products. That's pretty much the only pro.
Cons
The pay sucks you make less than 7.50 which is below minimum wage in NJ plus you get a commission I did exceptionally well compared to other employees and only wind up making a little above 9 dollars after adding in my commission. The hours are long especially on truck days and they don't offer overtime. Not a lot of structure in the store and they will say anything to keep you from quitting including promises of going full time and never getting it. I was told if I stayed I would be made full time and then was told the only way I can become full time is to work above 37 hours for 12 weeks in a row and at the 11th week I was given less hours so the change wouldn't take place. Btw I made more money from hourly than I did off commission and I was a top performer. Also no room for growth with the company.
