Pros
paycheck until you find a real job.
Cons
low wage and commission is terrible when all you do is flat repairs and oil changes. they hire you as an adviser, but in reality you are the advisor, parts counterman, pulling parts and asking rediculous questions from nimrods who dont have a clue about when they are undertaking. plus you are expected to restock the store, unload the truck when it comes and clean the bathrooms etc. for less than minimum wage. moral is low and everyone there is looking for a job, including the management. one quit when i got there and the other after i got there.people steal from you and from the customers. cars are misdiagnosed constantly and customers are yelling at you because of it not to mention the cars covered with greasy palm prints and customers coming back in and scream at you because of it and guess who get to clean the dripping oil off the car and the black floormats? not the hack who doesnt give a crap. you do for less than minimum wage. the hours are so long that you have no life the people you work with have very little knowledge so you cannot talk about care
