Weekends, religious holidays, vacations, doctor visits, sick time, and PTO days are not respected at all. • The safety of team during pandemic not taken seriously—Travel of corporate team made mandatory for unnecessary tasks at the height of the pandemic. • Executive team all works remotely, or comes in a few days a week (prior to pandemic) so it is hard to get answers. • Deadlines often unrealistic or unmanageable • When someone leaves, they do not typically hire replacements. Instead, they force other team members to continue to overload themselves. When this is expressed, the sentiment is that "we are all busy, and need to pull together to get things done." • Employees not often given key role deliverables. It is hard to measure success when you don't know what you should be working on. • Annual employee reviews often skipped due to change-over in management. • Senior leadership often makes staff feel uncomfortable with inappropriate jokes and ribbing. Excused as a "boys club."
