      Management wouldn't bother you as long as work is done.

      Cons

      Dangerous place to work and nothing is in stock. Also had wage theft occur multiple times and didn't find out until long after.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
