It's a great introduction to the industry.
Cons
The company refuses to spend any money. Safety hazards around the shop are of no concern if its expensive to fix. Management gets penalized in their pay, thus provoking them to not spend. Store managers getting exchanged on the regular between stores. Mechanics aren't happy. Stores has been stuck in a "remodel" for the past two years. Walking into a PepBoys doesn't feel welcoming. Management moves up based on favoritism or who lies the most to fleet companies to acquire more money from them.
