      Pros

      The pay is better than most automotive retail, coworkers are usually easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Want everything done ASAP even when there are so many other things to do. Do not care about the employees who give everything to the company.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
