      Helping people and their cars stay maintained and on the road in a safe manner...

      Cons

      Not enough help to accomplish excellent customer service and the workloads that come along with the job. Loss of original benefits. Hourly wages became stagnant for too long, etc...

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
