Pros
Good pay. Educational, if working with the right people. Really good career opportunities if nobody gets in the way of that. Higher up manager is a very good manager to have.
Cons
Bad management. Favoritism both in the shop and the front counter staff. Most of the techs are not nice and don't care about anybody but themselves. Management assuming and accusing their techs and front counter staff of things they didn't not do. Telling the techs how to do their job when they are very well aware that the techs do, in fact, are very knowledgeable on how to their jobs. I could go on, but I don't feel like typing a book tonight.
