Pros

If you’re looking to skate by for minimum wage this is the horror show for you! Expect horrible conditions, terrible shifts, and more OSHA violations than you can count in a day!

Cons

Management will promise the ASM (Assistant Manager) the prospect of monthly & quarterly bonuses but you’ll never see one. Expect to see yourself working the most while your Store Manager is never around, and say goodbye to your nights and weekends! You’re on call 24/7 - after hours and days off. You’ll get a lunch break IF you have an emergency and insist on needing one - but will be responsible for making sure your staff takes their’s because “lunch is mandatory”. Upper Management will twist anything to make you hear what you want without telling you anything. If your employees aren’t drunk or high they’re somewhere in the shop drinking or smoking when they should be working - which is why you’re always so far behind on cars upsetting the customers. Your Store Manager doesn’t care because he’s too busy selling the shop’s scrap metal for pocket cash to buy the liquor for the staff while they drunkenly break customer’s vehicles. If you’re looking for an honest place to work and not be the middle man/person between the delinquent upper management and staff I strongly suggest you find ANY other reputable repair facility than PepBoys!
