Startup culture , but fun - Anonymous employee Pepper Employee Review

Pepper is a very collaborative and fast-paced company to work for. They are eager to higher really experienced, and track record-proven employees and invest heavily in their people's success. Management is really supportive of their teams, and it is clear that they do care about them as people. 10/10 best company I have worked for.

Good product with high customer retention

The product market fit is non existent. The ICP will consistently tell you they don’t want technology and don’t want any form of online ordering. We are 5-10x the cost of anything else in the space. Reps hitting quota each month is barely 10%, with a significant amount booking $0.
