Pepperi has been a very memorable experience, most of all for the people on the team who are very capable, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help when they can. I'm pretty sure that on the day of my retirement and looking back on my career it will stand far above as the team I enjoyed working with the most.
It is busy as with any startup and the learning curve is steep. You will be very busy, but the company has terrific potential, is growing very quickly with many well-known enterprise customers, and they value their employees very highly. Management is busy too but very open and if you have a problem they genuinely care and will try to make it right. You will be expected to work independently with little direct supervision, and have ample opportunity to define your own creative solutions to problems.
