The only pro to working Here is the pay.

If you want to work all the time work here. They never give you days off. Even make you work on paid holidays. The company keeps taking more and more away from the workers. The leadership in the in the building is a joke. Most toxic leadership and incompetent people I've ever seen put into leadership. If you like working with broken machinery and mandatory over time, this is the place for you. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies.
