Some quick pros are: Free and clean uniforms. Supervisors are willing to replace items that are worn or become damaged without being a pain. They have consistent work as their clients seem to like working with them. Of all the security companies they have the best benefits i.e insurance coverage, etc.

They do not advocate for higher pay for officers. There is no way that officer’s work is good enough to keep a client happy for years to the point they keep renewing the contract but it not good enough for a raise. Management are very hands off when it comes to addressing behavioral problems. If you speak up against someone management ignores their own handbook (employee rights to anonymous reporting) letting the person you reported retaliate against you. Management will also blatantly ignore you when you ask a question. It made me uncomfortable because why initiate a conversation with me then ignore me? I wasn’t being rude and I respectably answered what they asked. I know they ignored me because they read my message.
