      Great local teams on the ground

      Cons

      A lot of leadership is based off of personal relationships. Some were hired and made no effort to learn how local teams function. There’s no streamlining per site so expectations are completely preference based.

      The Houston Team is amazing! Felt really supported and inspired by great local management.

      Cons

      There are metrics that you must meet to keep your job as any position. So, you have to make sure you don't lose sight of Certification rates they could become more challenging but they can be achieved.
