      People do seem to care about the people they help.

      Cons

      A shortsighted strategy that is often hand-to-mouth. Leadership prioritizes speed over quality, leading to unrealistic timelines that force unpaid overtime and lead to burnout. You are often gaslit and ignored when issues are brought up to leadership. Work-life balance is a mess. The official company policy is that no one will work overtime unless approved. But getting emails and alerts from coworkers after hours and deep into the night is extremely common.
