Good but in transition period - Software Engineer III PerBlue Employee Review

Great people, the culture is fantastic

Not much here I had a great time

Loved the opportunity to work at PerBlue, and made some close friends among coworkers. No one should ever say remote work doesn't allow you to connect. My coworkers are now some of my best friends. I enjoyed my time there, and though I wish it had been longer, I learned a lot and grew a lot. I definitely wish I could have worked there more!

Leadership direction seems a little uncertain. Whenever something doesn't work, they seem to either just add more features or discard it, leading to a lot of unfinished projects and wasted time.
