Pros
- Teamwork, I liked that everyone is interested in doing their part of the job better, it's motivating - My first experience with 4h full time is awesome - everyone follows the trends and doesn't allow you to stay that's difficult on the one hand and doesn't allow you to become obsolete on the other - multicultural team has given me a lot of new knowledge and practices
Cons
- A lot of work with complex code, high probability of blundering with calculations for non-professionals - Slow growth of the startup, I would like to grow faster
