Cons
The company has been around for over 7 years now and received several rounds of funding but management still thinks small and has no intention or desire to build a product and generate healthy cache flow. As a result all customer interactions became a disconcerted effort to deliver something no one knows how it looks or what it should do. Some of the teams operate completely on an academic style environment where prototypes can be as good a deliverable as anything else, no design reviews, stress testing or even clear requirements. No leadership to deliver any sort of products even when many of the managers claim they have long history of "industry experience" , this is compounded by refusal to listen to people who actually worked on real product delivery and wants to move forward. The usual culture of bringing friends/buddies and put them on charge of others with more qualifications and/or skill set to build a successful organization.
