      1. Flex work schedule 2. Dental, medical with Cigna 3. 5% 401k matching 4. Starts off at 4 weeks PTO 5. 10 holidays with 4 of them floating

      Cons

      Hard to go find other work in the company without an active TS sometimes. Pay is average. Has lots of contracts to transfer to.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
