      Some of the upper management, shouldn't be upper management. Personnel managers shouldn't be in charge of the raises, as they do not have any idea what employees do on a day to day basis

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
