Pros

Permanently remote Was a fairly easy job to land just have to be available to work at all times of day and good communication skills. Very diverse team. Decent benefits Manager is nice and always available to answer questions

Cons

The pay sucks…everyone starts at $15 the first year I got a $1 increase after that management kept making excuses as to why there were no raises and finally when I did get a raise 2yrs later it was a few cents. There is no room to grow or move up in the company off of this role. The requirement’s and expectations are consistently changing. Nothing too extreme but it can be annoying. Supervisor is hit or miss when it comes to answering questions or answering the phone doesn’t seem to know anything about the job always relies on other people to solve issues or answer questions. (Still a nice guy for the most part just not helpful)

Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Cons

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

Pros

remote work, PTO was 4 weeks

Cons

managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
