      Pros

      Pay was decent. 401k with Fidelity is great

      Cons

      3 Months after accepting the pay and position, they're forcing me to reapply to the same job at half the pay. If I don't then they're hiring someone else. This is a very unfortunate situation for me and 120 others who are in the same boat. Be cautious, because an offer means nothing.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
