Management ignores supervisors in regards to poor performing employees causing the high performers to work harder to pick up the slack. THEN when programs start to fall behind they ask the supervisors to convince their people to work evenings, weekend, and holidays. At straight time. Not real overtime. Most at this level have families and straight time isn't a strong incentive for losing that time with our families.
