Amazing projects great team culture collaborate environment

although the company worked on large scale projects, there was not much room for growth. felt very mom & pop-ish

Perception is easily the best job I have ever had. Not only do you get to work with incredible projects and high profile clients, but you get to work with one of the most creative teams in the industry. Both the team and the co-founders are supportive, encouraging and want to see everyone succeed. They will provide you with the necessary resources and tools to help you produce the best work possible. Time spent in the studio is always energizing, collaborative and filled with moments of fun sprinkled throughout the day. There's even a ping pong tournament! Outside of the studio, the hybrid structure is perfect to help out with challenging commutes and gave me a solid work life balance. One of my favorite things about this position was that good work is recognized. Whenever great things were accomplished or things looked good, you were sure to get positive feedback. The co-founders make sure everyone on the team feels heard and free to express themselves in challenging situations and uplifted and celebrated in good situations. My time here was one I will look back on with only fond memories. I absolutely loved being at Perception and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in applying.

High profile work requires high security processes, which can be challenging to navigate. But, that's the nature of the industry!
