Perch was extremely well organized and efficient for a company of it's size.

Not a flat management structure.

Friendly, likeminded coworkers, truly looking to help small departments thrive through collaboration. Hard working teams, very passionate.

Upper management is unorganized and very deceitful, will tell two people different things on the same topic to avoid confrontation over collaboration. Good employees are overworked and taken advantage of both with their time and salaries where poor performers stick around due to past connections from previous jobs. Give out awards that hold no meaning to avoid giving out bonuses and increased salaries. Asks people outside of the C Suite to be patient again while giving themselves nice pay increases. Do not respect time off requests, and was asked to cancel my vacation two days before, only one I tried to take at the company. Which I gave over three weeks of notice for.
