Dynamic, entrepreneurial / small business environment... you will be exposed to everything that goes into running and building a business. Company leadership is inherently transparent and will take time to react to questions / feedback with honest, empathy, and transparency pretty much any time you engage. The company has experienced a bunch of growth over my time here, which has allowed me to grow and flex in different directions.

Small businesses and young businesses are not for everyone. If structure and predictability are what you are looking for, you will benefit from looking towards large, old/mature institutions like State Street. The experience would be 180 degrees different. You won't get the access to leadership and business building that you'd get at Percy, but there are a host of different tradeoffs in the other direction. Percy works great for me, but it certainly wouldn't for everyone.
