-Growing pains of a company with global customer footprint -The multi-cultural aspect, can sometimes be a detriment when decisions need to be made and things need to happen.

- Amazing people: everybody is really themselves and everyone is respected as they really are. HR does a great job. - Transparency: there are monthly meetings to review the company's health and check what each team is developing. - Challenging product: lots of business opportunities in the market, exciting challenge to take on in terms of product design. - Constant feedback: bi-weekly 1:1s with managers and recurring formal feedbacks throughout the year. Also, the whole company is really open to constructive feedback in all directions. - Flexibility: really ok to work from home or just take some days-off if needed. Everything is based on trust (really). - Nice office: good location, structure, equipment, catered lunches, everything... - Team retreats: they're really great! Lots of fun.

- Career plan: there's a lack of formality in this sense. - Training: there's no budget for training or to attend conferences. However, both of these topics are being addressed by the company.
