Pros

Maybe some coworkers are nice but that’s it, nothing else worth mentioning.

Cons

I honestly wish I could say something good, but after months of being here this place has been one of the worst professional experiences of my life. - Management is chaotic and unprepared, with little direction or real leadership. - Culture feels toxic. Constant confusion, blame games, and zero accountability. - Work/life balance doesn’t exist. You work long hours with no appreciation. - Lack of diversity and inclusion. This is a big one. The company hires and promotes in ways that feel homogeneous, and there’s little effort to create an inclusive environment. - Pay is low for the workload, and raises or promotions feel almost impossible to achieve. This is a general consensus among everyone in the company and my former team. - Communication is terrible. Nothing is clear, and decisions change without notice. Day to day feels like running in circles with no support. Managers seem overwhelmed or uninterested, leaving teams to figure it out on their own, and expectations always outpace resources. Some days it honestly feels like there’s no real plan at all. You’re just firefighting one thing after another with no strategy or leadership guidance. Lack of clarity on priorities leads to burnout fast. Almost everyone I came in with either left within months or groaned about how things operated. I stayed long enough to realize this was not a place where effort or talent is actually rewarded. There's just pressure, stress, and little to show for it. Pay may be “ok” compared to local averages, but once you see the volume of work and lack of structure, it’s not worth it... Management’s inconsistent messaging and poor organization made every day harder. You wind up learning the systems yourself because leadership RARELY provides clear direction, and when you ask for help it can feel like you’re a burden rather than a teammate. There’s a lot of talk about collaboration, but in reality most momentum comes from individuals scrambling to patch holes in a leaky ship.

Pros

Interesting product and scaling technical problems to work on with smart, motivated, hardworking teammates. There's little red tape and rarely unnecessary meetings. Ownership is encouraged and expected. Founders & leadership are mature and focused. Business outlook has always been great but is especially so now. I can see the direct impact of our work on the communities I live in; that's special and not something you can replicate in many organizations.

Cons

There are growing pains with engineering team organization and management. Nothing we aren't working on but it's uncomfortable in the meantime.

Pros

The sales leadership team here is genuinely different. There is real investment in your development as a seller, not just your quota number. Managers actually know your deals, coach you through them, and hold you accountable in a way that makes you better. The mission matters, the market is real, and you can feel the momentum. Compensation is competitive, the methodology is rigorous, and there is a clear path to grow into leadership if you put in the work. High performers are recognized and rewarded. You are surrounded by people who take the craft of selling seriously.

Cons

This is a high-growth environment, which means things move fast and processes are still maturing. If you need a fully defined playbook on day one, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, especially in newer segments. The sales cycles are long and complex, so if you need quick wins to stay motivated, you have to be intentional about celebrating progress milestones along the way.
