The people you work with are a good group, early summer friday hours are a nice perk and health benefits have good coverage. Location is close to major highway interchanges.

A fair amount of nepotism & favouritism, raises not tied to performance. Poor management of accounts, expectation of late hours without compensation. Has been a toxic environment in the past.

The people. While everyone is quite talented within their own right, the staff are also very involved and active within the company culture and make it the company that it is.

The company is in a state of transition and the overall direction is unclear. This is having a large impact on the culture and day-to-day operations of the business and it's people. Not many opportunities for growth within company and limited development within roles.
