Pros
My experience at Perennial Systems has been very positive. As a Python developer, I got the chance to work on meaningful projects, especially AI and ML driven solutions across Fintech, E-commerce, and Insurance domains. The work was not limited to basic development. I was involved in real use cases like fraud detection, recommendations, and risk analysis, which helped me understand how AI/ML is actually used in production. The tech stack is modern, and there is good exposure to cloud and scalable systems. The team culture is supportive and collaborative. Seniors are approachable, and learning is encouraged. If you are curious, willing to learn, and take ownership, you’ll grow here. Overall, Perennial is a good place for Python developers who want to work on real products, real problems, and modern technology.
Cons
Since the AI/ML practice was established only about two years ago, the workload can be high at times, especially when building systems and processes from scratch.
