Perfect Day is full of people who care. Who want to make a difference in the world through the work that they do. You always know that your peers value the work the same way that you do.

Unfortunately, even companies full of good people can be led by bad managers. The past year has really shown this. A failed B2C branch, major changes in management, firings and pivots. Perfect Day is in pursuit of a greatness that I think they won't achieve because the people making decisions make poor ones.
