Nice co-workers No OT Good pay (probably because they will not be able to hire if not for the attractive pay) Manageable workload
Cons
The CEO is the worst - micromanager, throw temper tantrums and call staff horrid names, gives rubbish instructions that can change on a daily basis, literally stalks people with the office CCTV. Will fire people immediately and threaten to sue staff. Refuses to allow employees to WFH during Covid even though it is against the law. No welfare, HR practices all over the place. Will change terms in your contract/prior instructions at anytime. If you are joining this place, make sure that all your terms are written in black and white in your contract else HR will not acknowledge anything else they promise during interview. (Although I would assume that HR is only doing this due to the CEO)
