Leadership uses past employees as scape goats for their shortcomings, culture of playing the blame game once those contributors are no longer around to defend themselves. Favoritism and lack of transparency among treatment of employees. Company values are surface deep.

Our entire leadership team understands that scapegoating is often just a search for easy answers to difficult questions. In the competitive world of healthcare IT, that kind of behavior is not something you'll find in the longest-running or most successful businesses. We like to think our 25-year track record is evidence that PerfectServe is a resilient, forward-thinking company full of smart people who can accurately take stock of what they're doing right and what they need to do better. We welcome disagreement, and we're not afraid to make mistakes. The journey to success is not linear! Company values are a different discussion, but we can assure you that we apply them to every decision we make. One of our goals for 2023 is to make them even more visible, both internally and externally. We want everyone to have a complete understanding of the principles that guide us.
