Pros

Team cohesion Learning and development Get to help community and healthcare providers with speed to care

Cons

Newer policies are unrealistic and impede the support center in assisting clients. They really make employees want to look for other opportunities for employment.

Hi there, Let us first thank you for being part of our team and for the many, many contributions you've no doubt made in your time at PerfectServe. Our customer support team is crucial to our business, and we appreciate all of you tremendously. No matter the department, we're always evaluating current policies and procedures to make sure they meet the needs of the moment. We're a tech company through and through, so the notion of continuous improvement is always top of mind. When we make changes to these policies, it's typically with an eye toward increasing transparency, clarity, and equity for our team members. We try our best, but as we've said in so many other responses here on Glassdoor, we realize there's always room for improvement. Rest assured that none of these decisions are made lightly. Thanks again for your service to the company and for your patience as we work through the change management process. - Jeff Brown, COO

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
