The entire staff is working to increase the potential of every employee and if you desire to succeed, they will help you to achieve your goal. The structure is very open and inviting and if you fall within the general guidelines there is plenty of room for advancement as the company grows, which they have done 1000% over the last 2.5 years.
Cons
It can be trying at times as it is customer service and retention based, and as we all know, some customers can show their dis-satisfaction in ways we can not repeat. But if you are a professional at heart and can learn from the tools provided, the future for the employees at PerformTel is very promising.
