      Pros

      Union wages and compliance. Opportunity to "grow" while they use you.

      Cons

      Incompetent management, Always drunk on the job. They've burned through the loyalty of people faster than any company I've seen. Even the original management is down to just the estimator. They offer everything to the guys, but lunches aint how to do it.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
