      Pros

      The employees really care about each other's success and fostering a team environment. There is great opportunity for growth. Management empowers employees instead of micromanaging. ESOP, 401k, & other benefits are all amazing!

      None that I can think of so far! I wish I would have come here sooner.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
