Pros

The marketing department is clearly quite creative though their fake news isn't very well thought out.

Cons

Oh yes, it's a con.

You are accurate about your point being that there no place that is all pro and no con. Similarly, in the reverse where it is all con and no pro. What is concerning is that it appears so easy to make allegations about individuals and areas of the business without any evidence or facts. No team or individual has put up fake reviews - which I am interpreting refers to the reviews that are positive in nature. With the entitlement to opinions, it is conceivable that there are people at PE who have varying opinions. They also need to be respected.

Pros

As an employee I have felt nothing but valued and my efforts recognised ever since beginning my employment with Performance. Management are always ready and willing to listen to feedback and my ideas, I feel are genuinely appreciated which I believe is a big part for our team's morale. Having been in management for many years I can appreciate the amount of effort and level of care running a successful and thriving brand can take and at times this can take its toll on management which then trickles down to its employees. Performance is certainly an exception to this. I am proud to say this company is handling expansion and growth an exceptional way and managers and all the way up to the CEO are trying their best to not only adapt and handle challenges but also accommodate and work towards making the transition as smooth as possible for its employees. Since my arrival at Performance, our Training team has grown with many welcome additions and the atmosphere in the staff room is always abuzz with Trainers sharing lesson ideas and advice for both new and more senior Trainers. It's one of the best things about working here.

Cons

At times things are not communicated as quickly as some changes occur which is understandable given the pace at which we are growing. Management have communicated that they are addressing this among other things.

Pros

I was offered the ability to work from a cafe

Cons

Any good reviews are lies. Readygrad is a toxic environment on every level. The staff are underpaid and under immense pressure as promises have been made but they can’t deliver due to lack of resources. It was like working in a pressure cooker and as a contractor, I was excluded as “I hadn’t worked there as long as everyone else so I hadn’t built the friendships”. Everyday was an issue about a staff member that would be discussed at length in the open and you have to pretend not to hear it. You wait in line and stack into a packed elevator every morning to get to the office; which smells due to high volumes of students and staff with no windows or ventilation. After a week of employment it was clear no one was happy or wanted to be there, the rest of the contract was a struggle to be motivated to do the work and keep yourself sane.
