      Pros

      Work environment was all but hassle free. Go to work, get the job done, go home. Past management was the reason for staying, they cared about you, a very friendly, limited drama environment.

      Cons

      New corporate management is all about the all mighty dollar. Entry level employees were constantly leaving.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
