      Good steady job, just gotta learn how to play the system

      Cons

      When its peak season they don't care about the percentage, then when it's slow season, they wanna fire anybody who's not making 95% performance

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
