      Can make a lot of money if you work your butt off for the entirety of your shifts

      Cons

      Constantly working 11+ hours and you don't know your shift length until you get there. Always working longer to help the next shift.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
