      Unprofessional management The Performance pay is a scam, you have to work extremely hard to make a decent wage, they also play favorites and help others get better Performance, only a handful of people make over $20 a hour Benefits are not very good at all Will threaten you and treat you different if you call out of work

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
